Disconnected from EA since I installed Norton 360

Since I buy and Install Norton 360 a week ago, I received "Game disconnected: your connection to the server time out" message from Origin when after 20 or 40 minutes to play Battlefield 3,

I and my bro usually play 5 days at week bf3 Then both installed Norton 360 and have the same problem.

We try to open port manually.

We check the event log and we doesn't have errors
We search in forums and google it but I don't find solutions.

The system doesn't report any problem and norton either

Actually, I uninstalled Norton 360 to try and see if the error disappear

I wonder, how can I reset every setting to default values?

Regards,

Pd: I have win8 and my bro win 7

thanks Dave.

I did it, but nothing happends the errors continue.

I meant to restore all settings norton 360, like antispam, antivurus, firewall, together

I guess when I reinstall I can do a clean install

I'm afraid there is no single 'Return to Default' button on N360.

While I think of it, which security program were you using before installing N360 and how was it removed?  Most security programs have a removal utility that cleans up what uninstalling from Windows Control Panel leaves behind.  If you can tell which program we can provide you a link.

Before you uninstall, please export your ID Safe to somewhere you can find it. (if you use that feature)

When you uninstall N360 it will ask if you want to leave your settings behind, obviously if you don't want this you should choose not to leave your settings behind.

You should uninstall from Windows Control Panel, reboot, run the Norton Removal Tool, reboot once more.  You  should now have a clean system to reinstall on.

Thanks for your help.

I uninstalled Norton 360, went well.

The bad news is that the problem continues. Norton obviously was never the problem

I really sorry because we point to the new software on our machines and when we continue with testing. We notice messages in the event log of the graphics card.

Both PCs have the same one

Thank you
