I am writing to complain about shockingly poor customer journey.
I have bought your product from PC world, followed the instructions on the key card and cant find where to download the product I have paid for. I have wasted about 20 minutes of my precious time reading non=sensical forum posts and links which don't send you to a download page.
Please send me the link to download norton 360 gold and sort it out!

The PCWorld store in the UK sometimes has special arrangements about activation of the Norton products purchased from them so if you run into any difficulties once you have downloaded the N 360 Gold (which is not the normal version we usually see here in the USA) please first of all contact PCWorld.
It's not that we don't want to hear from you but they are different! So please do let us know how you get on and especially if you still have difficulty after you contact them since Norton does have good OnLine Support specifically for the UK via CHAT that uses your keyboard and not the phone.
