I just renewed for the last time with Norton 360. I loaded on three machine and lost 22 days from the old subscription. I have tried to contact Norton to find out why and got some useless talking voice. I tried to find a phone number (HAHAHA). I guess they do not believe in customer service. Since I loaded three machines at the same time I never noticed the loss until they completed the online registration. I do not believe a company as big as Symantec would not have a customer contact except some online dummy.
