So I have a new Windows 11 laptop and to get Norton to work with it I have to spend even more. I pointed this out just now with "customer support" and was promptly logged out...!!! HOW RUDE!!!
I am now considering even using this service at ALL, pay for a rude service like this is what is wrong with the world today.
What were you told you have to spend more on? There is nothing you have to do for Windows 11 except install and activate Norton 360.
Where did you get the customer support contact information? If from an internet search, the first results are rarely genuine Norton Support, but are companies that claim to support multiple products.
