The following message in this form says that you can disable certain drives or features for 'Disk Optimization', but does not describe HOW to accomplist this task!?

Can someone help me resolve this issue. All I want to do is eliminate one partition from the optimization schemem.
Thanks . . .

Thanks Dave for your response. Sorry for the mix up on the link. The response link that you provided lead me to a page that I had already reviewed, but your suggestion speaks to the issue that I was fearful of. My desktop has several drives that are all partitioned, and Norton keeps telling me that one partition is bad while all of the others pass the test. I also get a passing result for all partitions from disk->options->tools->optimize!? I think I found the enable/disable disk optimization feature under the "Norton->Settings-->Task Scheduling--->Automatic Tasks (CheckBox)". If there is another location that I haven't found, feel free to let me in on the secret.
Thanks again . . .
Tom Johnson

Tom,
The only other setting to be aware of is Idle Time Optimizer located in Settings > Administrative Settings.
