This pile of dog pooh suddenly decided to frag my hard disk. I didn't ask it to. I don't want it to. It's been running for TWELVE HOURS. I assume my disk is now totally trashed. The "software" is completely unresponsive and gives no sort of progress indication. Norton "Customer Support" is nowhere to be found - when they say "24/7 support" I guess that means it takes 247 hours before they can be bothered to reply to the pleas of the poor idiots who shell out good money for this over priced, incompetent pile of droppings.
Question: how do I sue these idiots for the price of my laptop??
