Since November 22, 2011, the disk optimization in my Norton 360 Premier Edition 5.0 product has failed to start. I repeatedly get this error message: "Drive C busy: Try again later."
I finally ran a search through Norton 360's history log and found that there was an internal program error on November 22 that has made it impossible to start disk optimization since.

What does this error mean and how to i fix it?
