Diskeeper Conflict

I have NIS2010 installed on a 32-bit Vista SP2 system. I have discovered that Diskeeper 2009 Professional cannot run a boot-time defrag with NIS2010 installed. The result is an unexpected error (0xC0000043). I found that if I disable Norton Tamper Protection, rename the NIS driver directory in C:\Windows\System 32\drivers\, and reboot, then Diskeeper can run a boot-time defrag. So there is clearly some conflict with an NIS driver. Does anyone have a clue about which of the 7 drivers in System32\drivers\NIS\1100000.088\ is most likely to be causing the problem? If so, I might be able to change the start value in the registry for that driver and fix the conflict. Thanks!
