In Internet Explorer 9, my Google Toolbar will not display when I double click my desktop icon; but when I click a trusted hyperlink from an email, Internet Explorer 9 opens with the Google Toolbar in full display!
I have Vista Home Premium 32 bit, SP 2

Norton Security Suite (Comcast) without Constant Guard ( incompatible with IE9)
All microsoft updates as well as all program updates.
I would appreciate any instructions so I could see the Google Toolbar at all times! I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times with no success, and in my menu bar, VIEW, it is checked, and in AD-ONS it is enabled. HELP!
Also, every time I have tried to post here, the ID at the bottom has rejected my letters many times before I finally gave up. This is not an easy site to navigate?
