Disrespectful/Degrading Customer Service

I have been trying to find how to file a complaint about Norton 360 customer service WITHOUT having to go through the customer service!

 

I have read through several other posts with the same issue, but all of them have been resolved via private messages, so I cannot find an answer. 

 

Earlier today I was having issues with Norton Manager.  It was not recognizing any devices associated with my account, although Norton 360 is installed on 3 devices. 

 

When speaking with the customer rep via live chat, we finally got the Manager to recognize my device, and bring up the other two devices, one of which I needed to revoke the license for so I could install the program on a new computer.  Jokingly I made the comment "Well that was fairly simple.  I feel very unintelligent now. LOL" to which the customer service rep replied "You are, Terri".  :catmad:

 

Maybe I do not have an extensive knowledge of how to work with computers and software, but I do not for one moment believe that I deserve to be called unintelligent by a Customer Service Rep. NO ONE deserves that.
