Dne64x.sys and symnets.sys VPN/Memory Corruption issue?

Hello all!

Recently started experiencing some BSOD's on Windows 7, and some helpful people at an online security website stated that there is a known incompatibility between dne64x.sys and symnets.sys.  The post detailing these statements is here: http://www.pchelpforum.com/win-7-vista-bsod/121871-win-7-64-bsods.html

Within this post, it is stated that this issue has been brough to Symantec's attention already, namely in this post on these forums: http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/AntiVirus-symnets-sys-driver-memory-leak-w-VPN/td-p/444330

I am curious to see if the issue described in the above Symantec forum post has been resolved?  I need to use my Cisco VPN software to access a network drive at my university, and also love my Norton Security Suite, but it appears that using both causes some sort of memory leak which has corrupted the page file on 2 (!) of my memory dimms.

Can anyone at Symantec advise me on this issue?  I would be greatly appreciate.
