Can’t get a straight answer from the support guy. I have Norton 360 deluxe for windows and mobile without LifeLock. On my iPhone , when I go to identity, it tells me LifeLock should be installed and is included in my plan. Don’t want to do it if I have to pay. Anyone else have this? I’ve included a screenshot. Thanks
The Identity app is free. The Dark Web monitoring is already included in your 360 subscription. And I checked in the Apple App store to see that if you do subscribe to the LifeLock service, the app will also give you access to the LifeLock features.
So it’s not something extra that I have to pay for? The Norton support guy seemed confused. I just wanted to be sure that it really is included with my Norton 360 deluxe.
I see how this is a little confusing. I too have a 360 subscription without LifeLock. Because I am helping here, I install all Norton apps for testing. If you install the app, it will report on the Dark Web monitoring alerts, and allow you to add information to be monitored by Dark Web monitoring. This is included in the 360 subscription.
If you did have Lifelock, it might give more options for that service.
