Preferrably Spanish, though English is OK
From what I'm experiencing right now this may not work.
I'm in Thailand trying to activate a NIS license purchased in India and it's showing an invalid license key.
Any clarification from the mods would be greatly appreciated.
Alhough you might be experiencing a forged product, there has been some indication that Norton were tightening up on this in part to deal with some problems with keys from a certain source.
The only people who are likely to help you on this are the Norton OnLine Support Team using the CHAT route as below -- this uses the computer keyboard not the phone and the link below should end up taking you to the support center for your area.

Currently in Chat queue.
The Activation key is a retail pack for 3 users. Dealer is a trusted source who I've been dealing with for almost 10 years. Just asked him to msg me the key and keep the box and bill till I get back to India. Never had this issue before and I've been using Norton IS for a long time now.
Just curious to know whether a retail installer is any different from the web installer.
I'm in Poland now using English version of NIS 2012.
I purchased a key here for Polish version and it activated my English NIS with no problem.
