Do not ever purchase Norton family. I have told all my friends and family and I am now writing articles on as many forums as possible. My uncle is also looking to publish a review in his magazine.
The problem is the internet filtering can easy be bypassed. This can be done by downloading different browsers in Google play. There are many many different browsers available to download which Norton do not monitor.
I then asked a member of Norton if it is possible to block access to google play using app control where the answer was no. I have also asked if it is possible to block APK downloads as even if google play is blocked other browsers can easily be installed using APK links. Again I got told that APK websites cannot be blocked. I find this absolutely appalling that there is no filter for this the same way there is for proxy websites.
I could also not get a refund on my subscription as it was purchased more than 60 days ago and also no longer have access to order number as email address has changed.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND DO NOT USE.
