DO NOT want to backup to the Cloud. Cannot get to traditional external setup, fails to load

@BDS Indeed its concerning that for a third time Norton claims to have corrected the backups issues yet, that isn’t the case. The official announcement states this clearly that the local backup issue was resolved:

You may want to check your internal Norton settings and perform a “repair” of Norton to see whether that offers any changes.
