I have more than 30 PCs which connect to our office with F5 APM SSL VPN appliance, which is now running version 11.5.3. To avoid possible data leaking, the machine will switch to a protected workspace (PWS) before logon.
In early October, the Norton Internet Security (NIS) of the machines were upgraded to version 22.5.4.24 automatically. After the upgrade, the machines could switch into PWS but could not start Internet Explorer and Microsoft WinWord. When I uninstalled NIS, they worked again. If I installed back NIS 21.x, they worked. It seems to me that the problem was due to the new version 22.5.x.
I have downloaded the new Norton Security 2015 which was version 22.5.x too. Similar problem was identified.
Do anyone have similar experience and have solution on the issue.
