I usually just renew. But, something caught my eye, I was being charged twice for the Norton Utilities Ultimate. I was double billed. I requested a refund, but I was informed a request has to be made within 60 days. So, I asked for a credit for this years service. The agent who assisted me, acted like he didn’t understand what I wanted. I like Norton, but I would like my money back.

Instead of asking for a credit, ask that the time on the two subscriptions be combined. If you are outside the 60 days from payment, that is the best you could hope for.
