I think I've gotten rid of the browser but every time I open Mozilla Firefox a window pops up asking me to reset my homepage
to Doc to PDF. Irritating. Can't get rid of it.
And it still shows as an optional homepage under my home icon

Did you get the below fromdoctopdf toolbar by myway installed?
If so, try these steps:
- export your bookmarks
- Make a screenshot of the add-ons you installed- you may reinstall those items later.
- Try refreshing your Firefox when ready.
