I keep posting this help me note, but never find a response.
Here goes.
My laptop was at first covered by the norton antivirus but then I was told it had expired. NOT.My other two computers are covered.
Unable to have the product key accepted or the new one supplied by norton accepted.
Now I'm so uptight about it that I want to find another anti virus maker who has better customer service but,,,,,
I have been automatically renewed which I did not at anytime ask for .
So here it is again. I just want a product to work and it has not.
Also I have paid for a service which has not been provided. As in 3 computers covered but only two are.
Just tell me this, where does a person get help in this labarynth techno confusion?
