also delete firefox's temporary files?  It only says internet explorer temporary internet files.  Thank you.

I'll repeat the same answer I gave you on the comcast Forum, as it may assist others:

 

"From main screen:  Settings > Administrative Settings> Firefox CleanUp > Turn on Firefox Temporary File Cleanup and if you so desire you can also turn on Firefox History Cleanup.  You can also click on the ? by the Firefox Cleanup Heading and read more."
