Does Disk Doctor Allow Booting From CD and Changing UniqueID of Disk?

Hello:

I have a need for a Norton product that allows me to boot from the Norton CD (into one of these systems:  Windows Home Server, XP, Vista or Win7) and see the disks, partitions and volumes of the attached disks.  At no time do I want to start the regular operating system of the computer.

 

Once I see the disk information, I will need to change the Unique Disk ID of an attached disk (similar to the UniqueID command of the Dos application DISKPART).

 

Is this possible?
