Does my Norton 360 catch Spam

 My email account just sent spam to all my contacts. I contacted my provider then ran a full system scan and no problems. The only other weird thing is my clock is running four minutes fast. Anything else I should do?

Scan your system with another tool too such as Malwarebytes or spy sweeper just to be sure.
