Does NIS 2011 & NIS 2012 now stop the 3 Trojan Malwares??

Looks like Trojan.Gen, Trojan.Gen.2, and Trojan.ZeroAccess hit over the last 2-3 days.

As of now, has NIS 2011 and NIS 2012 been updated to stop these infections?

How about their removal once detected?

While very fortunate, it seems strange that there is only 1 volunteer (Quads - thanks) on this forum that can help all of Norton's customers. Where are the Norton engineers with this one?

Anything we should be doing (other than not using your computer) to avoid infection while the solutions are developed?
