I have Norton 360 platinum for Mac (Portugal). But I don’t find Dark web monitoring.
If dark web monitoring is supported in your region then you might have to contact Norton support via chat. They will give you a new key which supports dark web and transfer your existing subscription to that key. That’s what happened to me too because the old key didn’t support dark web even though my region was supported. So please contact Norton chat support.

Support told me that my plan (Norton 360 Platinum) is only available in physical shops, or is presented directly to customers. It is not available on websites.
As for Dark web monitoring, it’s not yet available in Portugal.
