Picmonkey won’t run after Norton install. States my device is no longer compatible. Only change is installing Norton 360. I wondered if the site is tripping something?
Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing and/or anything in your Norton history suggesting Norton is blocking? Thanks.
Edited: As a test, Open Norton 360, go to Security > Advanced Security > Web > Safe Web , and turn the switch off. Recheck.

I followed your suggestion - changing the Safe Web setting - and then restarted the PC. Picmonkey opened its editing feature normally. I went into Norton to toggle on Safe Web to see what happened, and it was ON again. I noticed that Firefox updated when I restarted, so I’m guessing it was a Firefox issue rather than Norton.
