Does original 18.5 update get updated with new 18.5 version?

I upgraded one of my system with the online product upgrade and it installed the original 18.5 update. Will that system be updated to the new 18.5 update or will I have to uninstall and reinstall from the CD to get the new 18.5 update? Thanks, BGC
