Does uninstall/reinstall Norton affect the Vault data?

I want to rule out Norton as affecting an app. If I uninstall Norton temporarily, does that affect data in my password Vault?

Norton Password Manager Cloud Vault data is not affected by uninstalling Norton. 

Norton Password Manager browser extension does not require Norton product.
