Dont install VPN module

I have an app that uses wireguard and the service wont start when Norton 360 is installed on the computer. Once I uninstall Norton it works. I think it is related to the VPN module in Norton 360. Is there a way to install Norton 360 without the VPN module?

@user9284 Disable the Norton VPN service in Windows Services and reboot, recheck.
