Im not very computer literate however, I do know that I have had nothing but problems since updating my paid subscription on 2-4-11 to NIS2011
:.Slow computer, 36 high CPU spikes, ex..In short, Im not impressed.I recently got Comcast service who offers the free Security Suite download and would like to try it. I really don't want to wait until the subscription ends (Oct. 2011)because I find it very irritating
I get a little bit intimidated when making changes and just have a few a couple of questions before attempting it..Would I be entitled to a refund?, Is this even an option?Should I save anything before downloading, if able?
