"Don't Show Again" does not work

When I first bought Norton, my package included quite a few things that are no longer a part of it. Popups appear every few minutes to try to lure me into buying these "extra" features I've already paid for. As if that wasn't bad enough, they actually INTERRUPT what I'm doing sometimes, dragging me out of games, work, whatever. I've lost games, lost work time, and frankly lost my patience. I've tried clicking "Don't Show Again" on every single one of these messages, and guess what? They pop up again. Clearly you intend to continue this outrageous campaign of harassment, and you think this will somehow get me to give you more money to get the same service I used to get when I first signed on. Nope.

Norton, you are RUDE. I'm not going to do it now because it's literally Christmas, but the card I've been paying you with has expired, so this is the perfect time for me to switch to a more polite, and frankly more honest, antivirus.

You hear me, Norton? No, we are not going to quietly accept this nonsense. You are not getting away with it. We despise you for it and will abandon you for it. Cut the crap before you lose us all.

are these all the same pops up repeating themselves or different pop up that are appearing?

in adminstrative settings in about the middle should see special offers turn that off ( classic mode)

in the other mode if i recall right its in setting at the bottom of list i think of options

just asking: are you clicking on "Don't show again" or on the "X"

fwiw ~ Users report good results with clicking on "Don't Show Me Again"

Thanks for pointing out that I have to actually move the cursor down over the words Down Show me Again, until that gets underlined, and then click on that.  Seems sort of obvious now !!.

I did it a couple of days ago and haven't had the pop up since when logging onto the web a few times.
