Hi
When u want to check files in norton insight for trust level , u can only choose trust now and check trust ... I think Norton 2012 and other products of this company must put other option "Don't trust this" that Norton can recieve this level an reduce their level of trust.
another suggestion is please add "add to quarantine" icon on right click on files.
