Issue abstract: I received the second subscription renewal billing in a year

Detailed description: I was charged and paid $94.99 to renew my subscription for the year. I suddenly received another request to pay for subscription renewal yesterday. I need an explanation for this

How many subscriptions do you have?
Did you set auto renew off on any expiring subscriptions?

A new subscription does not cancel an old subscription.

Also,it might be possible you were sent an email after you renewed crossing in the mail.
