Dowload of Identity Safe from Google Play is very old version

I am running an Android tablet with Android version 4.2.2.

When I download Norton Identity Safe from the Google Play store, I get version 2.5.14, which is at least a couple of years old.

When I am in the Google Play store and look at My Apps, it tells me Norton Identity Safe is up to date.

How do I get the latest version to download?

I no longer have the tablet I mentioned in my original post.  My current Android tablet is running Android version 5.3.1.0 and the Norton Identity Safe version is 3.7.1.777.

@JPOrum Just to confirm,does it still downloads the older Identity safe app ? By now you should be getting the latest version 3.7.1.
