I am trying to download program on this laptop. I have sent the link and opened it. The link to the Microsoft store opens but there is no 'Get' message. If I click on the microsoft logo the message is 'Not Available for bots to index'. Trying to unload Norton 360 onto laptop with Windows 11.
You're very welcome. Glad you have things sorted and your product installed.

Thanks for your reply although I am a little confused with your answer. Following my post I did a little research and found that if the new laptop is running Microsoft S Mode then it is not possible to download programs that are not from the Microsoft store. My intended installation was the 7th of 10 permitted and I had no problem previously. I was able to remove S mode and the Norton program downloaded and installed without a problem. I was surprised that I had not heard of S Mode previously although I read Computeractive fortnightly. It was the first laptop I had purchased that shipped with S Mode.
Hello. Are you running Windows 11 in S mode? Getting the Norton app for it? If you are NOT running in S mode you must purchase a compatible Norton product for your OS and install.
