Hi all,
Have just bought my first Norton product and tried to download without success. Can someone please help/advise...?
Steps (using Firefox):
1. Started download
2. Saved NISDownloader.exe (as per instructions).
3. Firefox download window pops but is empty (even though message appears stating that download completed successfully) and therefore cannot start download...!
