When I download a file, sometimes the file gets "Removed" with no recourse. Sometimes, a file gets quarantined. Which allows you to "Trust" the file. But, the "Removed" file has no "Trust", no quarantine, or any other way of marking it as OK. The File Insight page shows "This file risk is not known."
The only solution is create an "Ignore" folder and download it into there. I would understand this for a "known virus" file. But "Removed" with no recourse seems extreme for a "Bad Reputation Level" (no information) type of file. It doesn't seem like Norton even scanned it for a virus. It just said "I don't know this file so you can't have it".
Is there an option to make Insight "Always ask"?
