I was having and still am having the same issue..I need to upgrade to the 2012 version..i tried all the things mentioned here but the download process has taken over 12 hrs and it's still at 0% download. My current version says virus def are out of date and i tried fix the problem and it wouldn't fix..is there another way i can download that won't take so long or am I doing something wrong as i tried many options mentioned here and none seem to work. I just renewed 5 days ago.
