I am not sure if you really meant what you wrote, but the answer is you cant. There is no limit to how many time a product is downloaded, but there likely a limited to the number of different PC's on which you are licenced to use the software. I can not imagine why you would want the number of time a product is downloaded, but the only people who would have this is either
1. The webmaster of the website from which the download has been made, if he/she is collating data of ip addresses and download data.
2, Your ISP who may under Government legislation we required to monitor internet activity.
In either case you are unlikely to be supplied with the information.
