Downloading and Activating Norton Internet Security 2011

I just purchased the above mentioned product for 3 yrs to replace the trial version, along with the insurance and the backup program. I downloaded and activated the backup program without any problems. However, I have not been able to download and activate the security product.  On my account, under Products it reads that it has not been activated and under the order history it reads that the product is closed.  When I try to download/redownload it's asking me to purchase a key for $49.99 when I should have numerous times to redownload because of the insurance I purchased.  I'm very frustrated right now and I'm ready to ask for a refund.  I need to speak to a human and not an automated help session.  Can anyone direct me to a contact list so that I can speak to a human. 

 

Also, I was supposed to get $20 off when I ordered because I purchased a Sony product, and that didn't happen either.
