Greetings everyone,
I am an information security student and Norton is preventing me from downloading, installing, and running certain programs such as pwdump and ophcrack. I am fullly aware why Norton would consider these programs threats to my system and not allow them but I really need to be able to use them to aid my studies about information security and ways hackers use to penetrate systems. I tried listing pwdump and ophcrack as allowed programs within the Norton configurations but this does not seem to actually do anything. How can I tell Norton that it is ok to download and run programs such as these?
