Norton 360 Delux for 5 machine
Greetings, I am trying to download Norton 360 deluxe onto my Mobile ....problems
The mobile receives but does not load the " add more devices" link ( sent from my laptop ) and times out, I have tried many many times any suggestion please?

Yes I did manage to get Norton Mobile installed but did not try the method suggested as I was still experimenting myself I tried every which way and finally succeeded but unfortunately I cannot restate precisely how - at least not with any clarity, but I was very grateful for your direction regarding the point that one cannot achieve this by way of entering the product key direct to mobile.
Again many thanks for your help ( have given kudos.) It is great to know that some people are prepared to help others share knowledge.
How can I close the thread as I don't want to waste other peoples time?

Small clarification. There is no way to enter a product key into a mobile product. Just signing into your Norton Account from the newly installed app will pick up any available subscription that supports the mobile product install.
You must install the appropriate app for Android or iOS from their respective app store for mobile devices. Use the product key from your subscription to active it. Follow this guide.
Clear your browser cache and cookies on the PC's and re-try activation again.
