I have just purchased my Norton 360 and have been unable to download it. I have followed all the instruction for trouble shooting, and have even spoke with the young man that previously worked on my computer and have still been unable to load my product. The error I am receiving states that the Norton 360 is not compatible with my computer, I have downloaded the Windows it required and still am unable to download. What do I do now? Please any assistance would be helpful.
