Okay. I got a new laptop a few months ago. With the laptop came a 60 day free trial of Norton protection. That 60 days expired yesterday. A few days ago I renewed the protection. I keep getting pop ups that say I'm unprotected. I thought that the stupid thing would download automatically but it doesn't. I went to mynortonaccount.com and saw that the product was on my order history and hadn't been downloaded. First of all, I don't understand why I was getting those pop ups saying that I was unprotected before the free trial expired. And when I tried to Download it, it wouldn't let me. It's grey. And so I figured that was because I still had the free trial so here I am the day after that expired because I'm now actually unprotected and the Download icon is still grey. I've been to the FAQs and talked to that stupid computer that supposedly answers your questions. I'm getting really irritated. What do I do?
