I have just over a year to run with my 360 subscription, and today tried to add the software to a second computer. The install went fine, but its all in Chinese...
The product details showing on my Norton Account page say I have a Chinese Simplified language product (no idea why, I purchased direct from Norton online). Previous installations and updates have all been english so no idea why its changed.
The chinese installation 'used up' one of my available downloads and now I only have one left, despite the second machine still not having usable software. I've rebooted twice just in case, checked that the language set within the internet options on the machine are correct (they are), and when I just tried to install again, I'm still getting the Chinese prompt screens, so have cancelled the installation.
