Drive Letter not shown

I have been using NG 9 for a long time having good success, but started getting backup errors on drive E (C, E) were both in the same job schedule.  So I remove E from the list and was able to back up C but now I can't get E back into the list.  So, I upgraded to NG 15 hoping that would solve the problem with the new product and new scan, but E still does not show up in my drive list.  How do I get Ghost to once again see E and make it available in the list?
