I have a fairly new computer and still have Norton internet security running in trial mode.
About 10 minutes ago my computer crashed and I got an error message saying it had encountered a problem and had to restart.
Since then it has happened twice more. In fact I'm surprised I've managed to get this far this tie without it happening again.
My first google search said to just uninstall Norton and that it's the Norton software causing the problem. But I thought I'd try coming to you first.
I tried to read other message threads, but the only recent ones were not in English. The older ones didn't seem relevant and I didn't really understand what they were talking aboot.
Any suggestions? I'm worried this is going to continue.
