I tried to proceed to renew.norton but it doesn't work

There is nothing anyone if these forums can do about this. I have escalated this thread. All we can do is see what we hear from that.

 

Yes contacted bank.Necessary work has been done.But Norton site does not allow me to even delete this and refresh the change or add another card.When Norton support was contacted they said that they cannot retry with the same payment method.Now the only option it seems to me is to delete the subscription or cancel the subscription,which i do not want to do.I only want Norton to try as a last attempt to use this card or they should alllow additional card to be introduced in the billing information.

Have you contacted your bank, as the message indicates they are not allowing changes?

 

I have escalated this thread to try to get some help for these users.

 

the suggested sol;utions do not work.Norton support also not cooperating to close this issue.Neither i am able to remove the card nor i can add another card.
