Duplicate charges for driver uopdater

I got and email a while back asking me to try out Norton's driver updater by adding it t my account. And now I am being TRIPLE-charged for the same feature and Norton is keeping the money!

As sometimes happens with the Norton website, things kept freezing up and I had to try a few times to get the process to work. I thought the feature was kind of useless and tried to cancel the next day. But the site was buggy. So, while I thought I had cancelled, I guess it didn't "take."

But the biggest problem is that, apparently Norton's system generated THREE free trials for my account. And now I have been charged three times. I don't know how I could possibly add the same feature to the same account three times. But clearly, it was a mistake.

I contacted Norton about this, expecting a quick resolution. But Norton says that I now have this feature in my account three times and they refuse to refund the duplicate charges. So, not only am I paying for a feature I tried to cancel, I am paying for it THREE TIMES on the same account!. I don't even know how I could use this feature three times simultaneously in one account.

I have never before had a service provider refuse to refund duplicate charges. But here we are. The Norton rep said he would not issue a refund for ANY of the charges. I am furious.

How can I get Norton to see reason and do the right thing?

Was your contact with Norton Support within 60 days of the original purchase/installation of the product. That is the time frame Norton allows for a refund on a new subscription.

There is no one in these forums that can access account and payment details. Try contacting Support again. Sometimes a different agent will treat the issue differently.
