I received notification that my account was due to expire and that the credit card needed updating. I did not update the card info as I did not want this additional service to continue. I was emailed to say my account needed updating and stupidly updated details so I in fact had 2 accounts open but only need one active. On 06/06/24 I was debited the renewal fee and was also charged a transaction fee from my bank. I immediately cancelled the subscription and am still awaiting a refund. Please advise ASAP when this will be refunded along with the additional bank charges. My current account is still active until 29/09/24 and I will arrange my own renewal as it is much cheaper than your online renewal fees.
