Sometimes Norton simply refuses to scan outbound email, regardless if there is a picture attachment or something else. Progers bar does not appear and the e-mail remains in sent items in Outlook. The user has not got the email. I contacted with my ISP about the POP3 settings and the settings are okay.
What do I set up for this not to be repeated? This is not the first time Norton making problems with e-mail scanning. This happened with NIS 2010 and NIS 2009.
